Customer Service Specialist at the Calderara di Reno site in the province of Bologna, she provides customers with a great deal of experience in the role and her inborn aptitude for relationships, which she nurtures with the utmost care. Were she to define in a single word the fundamental trait to do her job best, she would answer ‘listening’, without hesitation. Patience and empathy are further aspects of her personality that make her so appreciated in Bonzai. She lives in a beautiful country house, an ideal place for enjoying long walks in the countryside, very often accompanied by three lively Chihuahuas, which she adores.
Just like the sea, another great passion that allows her to take walks on the sand, at dawn or at dusk. Her unconventional side? She’s crazy about tattoos… She has five of them!
